Also, you grow ‘chokes?!? So does my bestie. He’s absolutely insane about them. I think he has nine plants this year. Sadly, his moles are equally cuckoo for them, so he had to get crafty this year to save his crop.

I dont love to eat artichokes but I do enjoy
seeing them grow and bloom. I cut the plant I had to the ground and it came back!
